MED+ Urgent Medical Care Services, a new urgent care center located in the heart of Montgomery, opened its doors in November 2004 to conveniently serve the needs of businesses in Montgomery and the surrounding areas. The experienced and highly skilled MED+ team can treat minor medical emergencies, such as work-related injuries, cuts, burns and fractures, and provide employee drug screening, pre-employment physical exams and occupational health medical services. The new Med+ location includes two general exam rooms, three specialty rooms and an X-Ray suite.
Quality treatment is available with no appointment necessary during business-friendly hours -- 12 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on both Saturday and Sunday -- and is more affordable than an emergency room visit. The facility, provides a comfortable waiting area, quick check-in and timely attention by its team of experienced urgent care specialists, is also open weekends.
As an added benefit, MED+ accepts a wide range of insurance programs, Worker's Compensation plans, major credit cards, Medical Savings Plan debit cards, checks and cash. MED+ is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours are from 10:00 a. m. to 6:00 p.m. For more information, call 513-489-3737.
